Fried Oyster Mushrooms

This is one of our new favorites, for sure! We had it twice just last week! I have no doubt in my mind that it’ll blow you away too! I used oyster mushrooms because they are the perfect shape and texture for a “fried chicken” copycat. They are big and hearty, but thin enough that they aren’t “mushroom-y”, if that makes sense. The breading is delicious and crunchy and just to die for!

Vegan Hushpuppies

I am going to be honest… this is a recipe that I usually would just whip up on a limb and it always turned out great. When we I decided to make it a recipe and measured everything, it seemed impossible to get just right. Isn’t it funny how life works that way? I honestly figured this would be one of the simplest and quicker recipes, but turned out to give me more trouble than I’m sure hush puppies are typically worth. But after making a million horrendous batches (after never having a bad batch before that), I couldn’t give up. Ultimate Vegan Banana Bread

Not to toot my own horn here, but I have never in my life had a banana bread this good! I have worked and worked on this recipe to have it just perfect and I have no doubt that I have accomplished just that! You will not be disappointed!
