Loaded Vegan Sausage Biscuits and Gravy

If you’re from the south, you likely love sausage gravy, over some delicious buttermilk biscuits. If you’ve ever been to a Huddle House, maybe you’ve even had their loaded biscuits, which are quite similar to these… except these are vegan (and possibly even yummier)!

Vegan Buttermilk Biscuits

This is going to be a quick and easy, but perfected buttermilk biscuit recipe. These things are so simple, with just a few ingredients, but are better than any other vegan biscuits I’ve ever had! I have to give credit where it’s due. This is actually Will’s recipe. Whenever we have these, I always make him make them, but he taught me this time. Probably so I’ll start doing it, but whatever, lol.

Mushroom Roll Ups with Roasted Vegetables

Most of my recipes come from food from my pre-vegan days. This week’s recipe is inspired by ZoΓ«s Kitchen steak roll ups with their roasted vegetables and dipping sauce, one of my very favorite meals from before becoming vegan! Perfect Vegan Brownies in Only 30 Minutes!

You didn’t think I’d start off with a big, healthy salad or something, did you? I hope not, because it’s brownies ALL THE WAY! Being pregnant has had my sweet tooth in overdrive. I won’t lie to you, I was just buying the Duncan Hines box of brownies and substituting the eggs with a flax egg and calling it a day. While they are delicious, there is nothing like homemade brownies and so I decided I needed my own recipe.
