Vegan “Scallop” Alfredo Recipe

The inspiration for this Vegan “Scallop” Alfredo recipe if from the first time I ever tried scallops several years ago, at Olive Garden. My usual was the Shrimp Alfredo, but my husband had convinced me add the scallops this time. I must have been feeling adventurous, because I am someone who always orders what she knows she likes every. single. time.

These Long Lasting Teething Cookies will feel so good on their gnawing gums, keep them busy, and they love the taste!

I am the queen at vegan-izing meals, especially the greasy, fattening foods I loved growing up! But with the summer creeping up on me, I thought I should also focus a little more on my health and a little less on making vegan fried chicken, you feel me? ย So, ย here is my amazing Avocado Pesto Pasta with zucchini noodles recipe! Fried Oyster Mushrooms – Vegan

This is one of our new favorites, for sure! Fried Oyster Mushrooms! We had it twice just last week! I have no doubt in my mind that it’ll blow you away too! I used oyster mushrooms because they are the perfect shape and texture for a “fried chicken” copycat. They are big and hearty, but thin enough that they aren’t “mushroom-y”, if that makes sense. The breading is delicious and crunchy and just to die for!
