3 Ingredient Vegan Fudgesicles

Who doesn’t love fudgesicles? No one, I’m sure. These 3 ingredient vegan fudgesicles are so simple, yet creamy, fudge-y, and delicious! Need I say more?


In a large mixing bowl, pour your can of coconut milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in and use a whisk to mix until well combined. Make sure your coconut milk is full fat, to really get the creaminess. Use a whisk so you ensure that you get all of the chunks mixed in well, because the last thing you want is to get a chunk of dry cocoa powder. It will require a bit of mixing, but trust me… it’s worth it! The maple syrup plays a crucial role as well, giving it the sweetness in just the right way!

Now, all you need to do is fill your molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Then ENJOY your 3 ingredient vegan fudgesicles!

3 Ingredient Vegan Fudgesicles

Prep time: 5 minutes
Freeze time: 4 hours
Servings: ~ 6-10 fudgesicles (depending on size molds)

Ingredients:
  • 1 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
Steps:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the can of coconut milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup and mix until well combined
  2. Carefully pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours
  3. Enjoy!
