Simple Vegan Caesar Dressing

There are a lot of these recipes out there, but I never have the vegan fish sauce or capers in stock when I need them, so I made this recipe for Simple Vegan Caesar Dressing with ingredients that I already had and tweaked it until it came out perfect! You’ll be sure to love it too!

The best part? You can throw all the ingredients in a blender and just blend until it’s creamy and VOILA! You have a delicious and creamy vegan Caesar dressing to enjoy with some romaine lettuce and our vegan Parmesan cheese!

Simple Vegan Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashews – soaked
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
Steps:
  1. Soak cashews in water for 4 hours. Drain.
  2. Add soaked cashews and all the rest of the ingredients into a bender.
  3. Blend until creamy.
  4. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 7 days
